A substantial collection of English-language travel books on Russia from the library of Professor Anthony Cross will be included in Cheffins’ Library Sale on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
The collection contains a large number of fascinating and often unusual books, many expected to be offered at reasonable estimates. Anyone interested in Russian history, travel writing and cultural history may wish to explore the sale.

Bids can be made in person, by commission bid, by telephone, or online.
