Our charitable Easter Art Sale Auction is LIVE<\/strong> on the auction platform Jumblebee<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The artworks are available for viewing and bidding until midnight on Friday, 26 March<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You will need to register on the auction website with your e-mail address to submit your bid.<\/p>\n

Following the success of the first event, we would like to invite you to take part in our second online Easter Art Sale. Artworks will be available for viewing and bidding from 12 to 26 March 2021.<\/p>\n

This time, we plan to extend the range of items on offer to include not only paintings and graphic art but a wider variety of art and craft pieces. We welcome any original, contemporary or antique pieces: artworks, ornaments, textiles, ceramics, etc., particularly, but not only, those originating in Russia or the former Soviet Republics.<\/p>\n

We aim to avoid offering any mass-produced items, in order to continue promoting independent creators. Please consider donating if you wish to find a new home for your art and\/or craftworks which could cheer up your Cambridgeshire neighbour, whilst also supporting our charity.<\/p>\n

We have also slightly amended the terms of the forthcoming auction. For artists, CamRuSS is proposing to equally split the proceeds of the sold item(s) with the contributors (the authors) to show our appreciation of the local art community and support for independent artists. All other items will be treated as donations.<\/p>\n

We will donate 10% of the proceeds to Gift of Life Charity<\/a>, which helps children and young adults in Russia to fight cancer and life-threatening blood diseases.<\/p>\n

Sunday, 28 February \u2013 Deadline for submitting your works.
\nWednesday, 10 March \u2013 Catalogue is made available to the CamRuSS members.
\nFriday, 12 March, noon \u2013 Auction Opens on Jumblebee<\/a>; Catalogue available to everybody on our website; bidding starts.
\nFriday, 19 March \u2013 Online presentation of the auctioned items<\/strong>
\nFriday, 26 March, midnight \u2013 Bidding ends and Auction closes.<\/p>\n
