Save the date for our traditional May Day BBQ!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Come to meet your friends, make new ones, enjoy a day out and share delicious food.<\/p>\n

Please fill out this form<\/a>\u00a0by 24 April\u00a0<\/strong>so that we have an idea of the numbers.<\/p>\n

We aim to meet in the BBQ area at around 11:00, have a BBQ – with food and drinks to share – between 11:00 and 15:00.<\/p>\n

\nWHERE:<\/strong> Games Field BBQ \u2013 Den Building area,\u00a0Wandlebury Country Park on the Gog\u00a0Magog Hills, Babraham, Cambridgeshire CB22 3AE
\nPLEASE BRING:<\/strong> Food for the barbecue (meat and vegetarian options), snacks and drinks to share.\u00a0You might also like to bring footballs, frisbees, badminton sets, skipping ropes, guitars, etc.<\/p>\n

CAR: Wandlebury Country Park is signposted with brown Country Park signs off the A1307 (Cambridge to Haverhill) road, 2.5 miles south of the Addenbrooke’s Hospital roundabout.\u00a0Please click here<\/a><\/strong><\/u> for a diagram of the roads.<\/p>\n

PARKING: The visitors’ car park is at the Main Entrance off the A1307. There is a parking charge of \u00a33 per car.<\/p>\n

BUS: Number 13 to Haverhill (on Sundays):
\n\u2013 leaves Drummer Street (Cambridge) at 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, etc.
\n\u2013 arrives at Wandlebury at 11:04, 12:04, 13:04, etc.<\/p>\n

BICYCLE (24 minutes from Cambridge city centre): There is a separate, safe, cycle path alongside the A1307 (Hills Road) leaving Cambridge, from Addenbrooke’s Hospital past the Babraham Park & Ride to Wandlebury, where it ends. There is no cycle path from Haverhill to Wandlebury.<\/p>\n

No cycling in the park is allowed, except for under-8s, and cycles should be secured in the parking area cycle stands.<\/p>\n

DOGS need to be kept on a lead in the park but can be freely exercised in the adjacent Gog Magog Trust area.<\/p>\n
