Are you suffering with the excesses of Christmas and New Year? Are you experiencing the New Year blues? <\/em>We recommend you think about it in advance and sign up for our trip to the only authentic Russian “banya” (= bath<\/strong>) in the UK – Banya No. 1 in London (http:\/\/www.gobanya.co.uk<\/a>)!<\/p>\n

Working with its entrepreneurial owner, Andrei Fomin, we have secured a special CamRuSS group rate allowing us exclusive use of the banya from 1.30pm to 4.30pm on Sunday 22nd February 2015<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

We have also planned an authentic two-course Georgian meal<\/strong> afterwards at Little Georgia<\/em> (http:\/\/bit.ly\/1s7POaf<\/a>). We will travel as a group on the train, leaving Cambridge around 11.45am and returning around 8.30pm.<\/p>\n

Price including travel, banya<\/em> and meal will be around \u00a365. Additional treatments at the banya can be booked at extra cost, including parenie<\/em> (two veniks<\/em>), honey & sea salt scrub, coffee scrub, body wash, massage etc. To make this trip viable, we need firm commitment from 15 people including a \u00a330 deposit (due by 1st February)<\/strong>.
