About the speaker:<\/strong><\/p>\nRaised between the US, France and the USSR, Vladimir Pozner has unique insight into the society and psychology of both Russia and the West. He became famous during the later years of the Cold War for being the Soviet Union\u2019s spokesperson in western media, later hosting the famous \u201cSpacebridges\u201d in the mid 80s. Since 1991, Vladimir Pozner has hosted TV shows in the US and Russia, written several books, and is widely regarded as Russia\u2019s No. 1 interviewer \u2013 \u201cRussia\u2019s Larry King\u201d. He has interviewed Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsin, Hillary Clinton and other world famous politicians, actors, businessmen, musicians and scientists.<\/p>\n
