Supper will consist of the famous beetroot soup Borsch, followed by Plov (pilau), a beef casserole and Syrniki \u2013 a dessert of little pancakes with jam and cream. You will be in the company of Russian-speakers and will be given a rare insight into Russian cuisine. You will cook all dishes hands-on, before sitting down to a warming communal supper.<\/p>\n
Cost per person: \u00a330, which includes a glass of wine. (If you suspect the delicious food might require a bit more wine to wash it down, feel free to bring your own.)<\/p>\n
